Barak Avitbul - CEO, Founder

Mr. Avitbul brings over twelve years of experience in entrepreneurship, product development and business development to DiViNetworks. Over the last few years, Mr. Avitbul has founded and led a number of successful Internet and software companies. Recently, Mr. Avitbul founded Key2Peer, a provider of anti-piracy and promotional services for the P2P market, and in under 12 months led the company to a net profit of millions in USD. Before founding DiViNetworks, Mr. Avitbul served as a consultant for several premier technology companies in diverse sectors, among them Rosetta Genomics (NASDAQ:ROSG), where he served as the head of algorithm research. Prior to that, Mr. Avitbul was founder and CEO of Minute Technologies, an Internet security company providing unique solutions for security threats in the SOHO Market, as well as founder and CEO of CommonSearch Inc., a provider of innovative Internet search optimization solutions. Mr. Avitbul also served as Director of R&D at iMDsoft, playing an instrumental role in creating and launching successful products in the healthcare clinical information management market. Mr. Avitbul holds an L.L.B in Law and B.Sc in Computer Science, both from Tel Aviv University. 

Hayim Shaul - CTO, Founder

Mr. Shaul brings to DiViNetworks over a decade of experience spearheading development of complex engineering projects.  Mr. Shaul is an expert mathematician and software engineer, as well as an inventor, holding several patents related to data acceleration and optimization. Prior to founding DiViNetworks, Mr. Shaul served as Chief Algorithmic Researcher at Expand Networks, where he developed the company's algorithms for compression and drop recovery.  Mr. Shaul was also the CTO of DjinnyTech, which offered a client-side CPU-specific optimization solution. Mr. Shaul started his career as a software engineer and project manager in an elite intelligence unit of the IDF, incorporating the knowledge and practice of mathematics, engineering and software development. Mr. Shaul holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science and an M.Sc. (cum laude) in Computer Science, both from Tel Aviv University.

Ezra Muallem - COO

Mr. Muallem brings to DiViNetworks over a dozen years of experience in large-scale IT projects and software development. Prior to DiViNetworks, Mr. Muallem served as a senior manager in Ernst & Young, where he led various projects in the fields of ERP selection, IT strategy, Business Process Improvement, IT Audit and IT Risk & Security. Mr. Muallem also worked as senior software engineer in Elisra Electronic Systems, Ltd. He holds a BA in Accounting from the College of Management in Rishon Lezion.
