Description

The Sales Director will lead the commercial activities in LATAM territory – identifying telecom opportunities, establishing channels and local support, creating partnerships, generating significant business in the area, and managing existing accounts. The Sales Director will be working independently in the region, backed up by the company’s pre-sales and post-sales organization. The Director will report to the company’s VP Sales & Marketing, and will be based in Israel.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in LATAM sales
  • Experience in sales of IP communication equipment to telecom providers
  • Proven record of over-million-dollar sales
  • Experience in building channel relations
  • Understanding of IP networking and communications
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese as mother tongue
  • Excellent English
  • Willingness to spend over 50% of the time travelling



Director of Sales APAC #1009

Description

  • Experience in sales of IP communication equipment to telecom providers
  • Proven record of over-million-dollar sales

  • Willingness to spend over 50% of the time travelling



Presales Manager #1010

Description

The Presales Manager will be in charge of technical pre-sales activities vis-à-vis strategic telecom customers worldwide – technical presentations, solutions architecture, pilots and trials, RFPs, BOM, training, and project management. The Presales Manager will work closely with Sales personnel and with Product Management and R&D. The Presales Manager will report to the company’s VP Sales & Marketing, and will be based in Israel.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in technical customer-facing roles
  • Experience in technical presales and/or product marketing of IP communication equipment to telecom providers
  • Profound knowledge of IP networking and communications – fixed, cellular, routing & switching, TCP/IP
  • B.A. / B.Sc. in CS / EE
  • Excellent English; preferably additional language
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills
  • Willingness to spend over 50% of the time travelling



Director of R&D #1011

Description

The Director of R&D will lead the product development activities throughout the company. The Director of R&D will recruit R&D personnel, implement new R&D tools and methodologies, lead products design and implementation, and be accounted for the products’ quality. It is expected from the Director of R&D to apply hands-on approach, including writing code and reviewing code. The Director of R&D will report to the company’s COO, and will work closely with the CTO, Product Management, and customer-facing groups. The Director of R&D may also join customer-facing activities.
 

Requirements


  • At least 10 years experience in developing high-capacity IP networking and communication equipment
  • At least 6 years experience in managing R&D groups
  • Proven experience in on-time on-budget delivery of sophisticated products
  • Profound knowledge of IP networking and communications – fixed, cellular, routing & switching, TCP/IP
  • C / C++ / Linux
  • B.A. / B.Sc. in CS / EE
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Excellent technical presentation skills
  • Willingness to work extra hours during peaks
